Carlton continued their strong 2025 form with a solid 28-point win over Greater Western Sydney at Marvel Stadium. The Blues led from start to finish, controlling the midfield battle and finishing efficiently up forward in the 14.5 (89) to 8.13 (61) victory.

Patrick Cripps and Sam Walsh were instrumental in the middle, dominating clearances and moving the ball with precision. Charlie Curnow booted four goals, giving the Giants’ defence constant headaches throughout the night.

The Giants, despite plenty of effort, were wasteful in front of goal — kicking 8.13 and missing key opportunities in the second and third quarters. Lachie Whitfield was among their better performers, but the team struggled to convert their inside-50 advantage.

With the win, Carlton continue pushing for a top-four spot while GWS slide further down the ladder in a tough 2025 campaign.
